We all have different reasons for wanting to lose weight including:

• Having more energy
• To look and feel more attractive
• To be healthier
• To feel sexy again
• To find a boyfriend
• To wear great looking clothes
• To feel more confident

When we first begin our weight loss journey we are full of motivation and desire but our enthusiasm may disappear quickly. This is usually because the pounds aren’t being shed as fast as we had hoped, and our newly found zeal to exercise might be overtaken by the difficulty to fit it into our busy schedule! We go to work, come home to children, dinner preparation, housework and feel just too plain tired to workout.

If that describes how you feel,you are not alone in facing those problems. Here are some ways we can try to incorporate exercise into our daily schedule such as walking up and down stairs instead of taking elevators, parking the car a little farther on the lot, walking during a work break.

However there is one simple thing which you can do that will help you lose weight on a regular basis. It is a habit that might take you a couple of weeks to develop and will leave you feeling refreshed and more energetic. You may have heard that the best way to lose weight is by taking small steps. Just add one new food or routine into your lifestyle, either once a week or once every two weeks.

Remember it took years to put all those pounds on. Why do we expect them to come off so fast?

Your First Small Step

The one item that can make losing weight much easier for you is to drink water. Now, you may have heard this before. But did you know that it is critical to drink the correct amount of water for your body each day? Plus each of us requires a different amount: current weight ÷ 2 = required number of ounces of daily water

Getting adequate water each day is really important, and yet most shark tank weight loss people are not drinking nearly enough.
Do you currently suffer from any of the following on a regular basis?

• Being tired
• Migraines
• Constipation
• Headaches
• Muscle cramps
• Blood pressure that is not consistent
• Kidney problems
• Dry Skin

If so, chances are that you are not drinking enough water. There are additional symptoms that help you recognize that you are not drinking adequate amounts of water. If your urine is a dark yellow color then your body requires more water, pale yellow urine is an indication of taking in sufficient amounts of water.

Your skin may be excessively dry and flaky. Drinking more water will alleviate these conditions. If you feel consistently thirsty, then your body is telling you it wants more water. Being tired all of the time is another side effect of lack of water.

Water contains zero calories and can easily become a substitute for high calorie sodas, pops and juices. Well, you may think that switching all your high calorie drinks to water is not easy at all… even out of the question! But if you can talk yourself into doing that, you will save hundreds of calories each week.
